Many years of remodeling and rehabbing houses as a Licensed General Contractor taught me how to look at a house to see what problems I might encounter while fixing it. I decided to put those skills to use for other people. Even experienced homeowners and home buyers can miss problematic elements of their homes or feel overwhelmed by the regular maintenance. I look to help people better understand their homes and to avoid surprises. I used the time during Covid shut down to become certified as a home inspector and to obtain my FAA part 107 certification so I could fly a drone for commercial purposes. I am constantly searching for new services to add and new tools to help provide even better inspections for my clients.
